Long time no talk, I've been neglecting to make a news post here for a hot while now, but the year is coming to an end and I'm feeling up for it!

Things that happened this year for me on this site and in general

~ I started learning pixel art and I'm overjoyed with it this has always been a goal of mine was just too lazy to learn

~ Got to a place in digital art that I don't feel horrible about my pieces the next day (most of the time)

~ We got scouted on Halloween! Thanks for the homie that scouted me means a lot!

~ Conehead got fanart from some cool dude here (Earthwhale)

~ Participated in GBJam 11 did sprite work for "Meerkat's Mars Mission" or MMM for short

~ Got at least 30% better at drawing women damn zamn wowie zowie awooga

~ I made a discord server centered around sharing art and music that we make or enjoy

~ And finally; Cream cheese, mango, and shrimp sushi is game changing you gotta try it sometime

So all in all it wasn't a huge year but I enjoyed what I got done quite a bit. Like I said in my last new post a year ago I'm always down for suggestions and critics so please don't hold back! I might not draw everything suggestion or maybe even anything, but words are powerful things man maybe you can persuade me! Here's to another year of art and trying new things! Step out of you comfort zone and try a new medium or style who knows you might surprise yourself!

Hi guys long time no see. Last time I wrote anything here was October 2021 maybe even September I didn't check tbh. So update probably not gonna be posting on here as much as other sites but I have returned to share some art and who knows maybe you'll even see it. Last time we spoke I was talking about Inktober 2021 and as some of you know I got lazy and didn't completely it. It seems history repeats itself since I did the same thing for 2022, I might share some of those sporadically on here.

I've been trying to get into digital art and have been doing some low effort doodles to just practice getting the motions in. With that being said if anyone has requests on what to draw I might draw them poorly. So drop a comment of requests or ideas please! <3

I'm doing Inktober again this year! I'm using the 'official' list I found on the inktober site. Last year I used a list in a discord server to get a custom role lol, sadly they didn't provide a list again this year too bad. In my opinion the list this year is kinda lack luster, but it's got a few banger words in there. Wish me luck in actually finishing all 31 days this year. I got around half way last time and stopped due to working closing shifts. Sadly I'm unemployed and looking for work, (On that note please commission me <3). I've already finished the first two days be sure to check them out if you're interested!

Also yo day 2 was hard af I didn't realize drawing cards would be that much work!!!!

Hi Newgrounds, gonna start this off with saying I'm probably doing this inefficiently. I know you can add multiple pictures to an art submission as I've seen other artist here do it, but I couldn't figure it out! So instead I'm gonna make a blog and post them here. Please feel free to tell me how to do that in the comments though! Also couldn't fit all the pictures in this post sadly so you're gonna be missing out on like two. You can go to my other social medias to see them all though.

For the drawings I did for the piece I didn't really want to follow a theme. I think I might of accidently for a couple of them since my friend told me they gave off horror vibes, but whatever. For these pieces I mainly just did things I already knew how to do with some exceptions. I tried doing smudging with my fingers for the piece in space, and I did a ball technique on the bottles and can for foreshortening. I watched, well skimmed a video on it as my friend asked me if I did that for a different piece, and it seemed interesting. Honestly I'm not super sure if I did it right, but I feel like I was getting somewhere.

I'm not sure if I'm going to make more pieces in the collage format I guess that'll depend on how people react to the posts. But either way I will be continuing for use the postcards that I used earlier. I personally feel less stressed for lack of better words to make things look perfect when it's a smaller drawing, and it lets me branch out more and try different stuff with less 'risk'.

I've never really used this function, and going to be honest I'm just bored. If you're reading this hi how are you doing? I'm kinda stumped on things to draw, I want to try to draw stuff I haven't before to expand my knowledge I guess. But I'm not too sure on what will really be helpful in the long run. I've been practicing poses, and even hand gestures via hand pigeon. Need more ideas though, please throw things my way maybe I'll listen. :)
